Return & Exchange Policy

For stress-free returns, you have up to 14 days to return an item.

In line with our returns policy, your item(s) will need to be:

Unused
In its original packaging (with the tags)
In a resaleable condition
With its proof of purchase

Refunds will be processed by the original payment method. If you paid on card, it can take up to 7 days to appear back in your account, with PayPal refunds taking up to 30 days.

Sale items are unfortunately non-refundable, as they are sold as seen.
